Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat wrap

  • ¼ avocado

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • ½ cup shredded purple cabbage

  • ½ cup sliced cucumber

  • 1 tbsp hummus

  • Spinach or lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. Spread hummus and mashed avocado onto the wrap.

  2. Layer in the veggies.
